Since the last half year I had to update my contact data several times. Previously entered data is partially lost. Today I had to update my identification document, again. For some reason the same old expired document stays stored in the system. Am I the only one with this problem?

It seems all of this is triggered by the addition of some new properties (financial expenses and dependencies).

When I view my contact details the old identification document is shown again. So in a few months I will get the same request again to update my contact details.
