I seem to have an ever growing number of defaulters, but after several months all I see is more letters demanding payment and no sign of court action. As the warranty fund offer for these is only about 25% I wonder when debt collection will start as there is no response from the overdue borrowers?

On average it takes about 3-6 months for red contract to reach debt collection. It depends how many contracts borrower has and how fast courts work.

I have an investment L13201295 where first payment should have been 15.09.2013. No payments are done until today, OR has no contact with borrower and only depth notices are sent. Meaning 9,5 months OR hasn't done anything to get investors money back.
